The Constitution Under Chapter 5. Part 2. Section 110 Gives Us Power To Remove All Our Legislators Once We Gather Half The Signatures Of Registered Voters. Nigerians in these times of economic hardship and betrayal are looking for Senators and Representatives who are willing to do the job for the prestige of the office and at minimum wage.
The current desire to work at a budget of $120-150 billion Naira is largely seen as unsustainable for a nation in hardship as Nigeria is with over 110 million destitute. Analysts agree that one tenth this budget can get the job done.
For all legislators recalled, those Nigerians who make a pledge to Nigerians to be willing to work for the prestige of the office and minimum wage will re-fill the positions.
In signing this petition, one must ONLY sign within his State and Senators of his District.
To sign a vote of no confidence in your Representatives, one can either select the option while signing for Senators, or go to the State name in categories and then sign a vote of no confidence for all State Representatives.

Chapter 5. Part 2. Section 110 of the Nigerian constitution states:
A member of the House of Assembly may be recalled as such a member if:
- (a) there is presented to the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission a petition in that behalf signed by more than one-half of the persons registered to vote in that members’ constituency alleging their loss of confidence in that member; and
- (b) the petition is thereafter, in a referendum conducted by the Independent National Electoral Commission within ninety days of the date of the receipt of the petition, approved by a simple majority of the votes of the persons registered to vote in that member’s constituency.
